ESP MENA and Baker Hughes’s Oilfield and Industrial Chemicals business unit, in collaboration with the Libyan National Oil Company’s production department, were pleased to organize a workshop on Integrity Management in Turkey recently. Twenty participants from operating companies in Libya attended the event in Istanbul, which had an emphasis on asset integrity and corrosion management.

In an effort to strengthen cooperation and support for the Al-Quds Fund and Endowment, a delegation from the fund visited Kuwait and held a series of high-level meetings. Gunny Oilfield Services (GOS) has signed a contract with Baker Hughes to become a distributor of their drill bits. GOS will now distribute digital, hybrid, PCC, diamond and tricone drill bits to onshore operators in Libya, helping them to maximise their production.
