Masri Foundation Creates New Scholarships at the Aqaba University of Technology

In line with its commitment to supporting education in Jordan, including the Kingdom’s southern region, as well as its firm belief in the entrepreneurial role that the Aqaba University of Technology (AUT) is undertaking, the Munib and Angela Masri Foundation has donated $500,000 to AUT.

Furthermore, a scholarship program has been established to support three outstanding students annually from Jordan and Palestine with the aim of advancing education across the region and furthering social development.

In recognition of the Masri Foundation’s support to AUT, the university has renamed its engineering faculty to become the “Munib and Angela Masri School of Engineering”.

AUT highly appreciates this gift, which will deepen cooperation between the two institutions across the field of education.
