EDGO TRAINING WEBINARS LAUNCHED
Due to the pandemic, global travel has been curtailed, and in
most cases, face to face contact has been suspended, meaning
that many of the seminars and conferences that our teams
organize for our principals and clients have been unable to go
ahead. Our business development team have, however, come up
with an effective way to maintain and enhance three-way
communication between the Edgo team, our clients and principals
by launching Edgo Training Webinars (ETW).
The new online ETWs use webinar technology to bring together
existing and potential clients and principals, simultaneously connecting all parties so
they can mutually benefit from expertise, questions and comments. Each webinar
can be tailored to the needs of the client or principal with content ranging from
problem solving and troubleshooting to the introduction of new products and
services, allowing a wide audience, in global locations to participate in the ETW in a
safe and secure way. To date, Edgo has organized three ETWs for General Electric
Power Conversion in Libya and Iraq and one for the Subcoe team in Canada. Edgo
Oman has also collaborated on a worldwide webinar with Sensia.
The success of the ETWs has meant that they will become a permanent marketing
and communications tool and will be rolled out more widely in the coming months,
particularly in Libya, Iraq, Oman, Jordan and Lebanon.
