In this edition the staff spotlight falls on Nisrein Abu
Afifeh, a familiar face to many of you and one of the
first people visitors to The Edgo Atrium meet in her role
as receptionist.

Describe your role at Edgo

As a receptionist, I am the first point of
contact for anyone visiting The Edgo
Atrium Building (EAB). I welcome all
visitors and take the necessary details
before giving them the information to
help them find where they need to go. I
am also responsible for issuing purchase
orders for supplies for The EAB.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we
have increased our safety measures at
the Edgo Atrium Building to ensure we
comply with the Ministry of Health’s
safety and security standards, for example checking the Aman app and the
temperature of visitors to the building.

What do you most enjoy doing during the working day?

I like meeting new people and also seeing familiar faces. My role allows me to
have a different routine every day and I really enjoy this.

How do you like to spend your free time?

In my free time, I enjoy training in areas that will allow me to learn and grow in
my professional life.
