Excavation has been completed and Edgo Ventures (EV) is currently finalising the structural design drawings for Edgo’s 23,000 sq m new head office at Abdali. EV has submitted invitations to a select list of Grade A contractors to pre-qualify for the skeleton and waterproofing works.

In addition several local and regional interior design companies have submitted conceptual designs which are presently being reviewed ahead of the selection of a suitable firm. Edgo will occupy the top two floors with the remaining six floors being let out to leading corporate tenants. The project is running to schedule and is expected to be completed in the summer of 2009.
