In the last year Edgo has almost doubled its shareholding in Houston based vMonitor. Edgo was a founding investor in the company that now also has Baker Hughes and Shell Technology Ventures as its shareholders.

vMonitor has been expanding successfully and Edgo has signed an agreement for a regional alliance whereby it will assist vMonitor to enter new Middle East and African countries. Edgo’s promotion of vMonitor in Oman, which includes a joint manufacturing facility, has proved to be very successful and plans for expansion into Libya, Yemen and Qatar are now in place.
