Maher S Jadallah
Director

Maher studied at Birzeit University in Palestine for a BSc in industrial chemistry followed by an MSc (1978) and a PhD (1980) in chemical engineering (specialising in fluid mechanics) at Bradford University in the UK. Subsequently he worked as a production appraisal engineer with ADCO (Abu Dhabi, 1980-86), a senior consultant responsible for the Bromine production plant at the Dead Sea Chemical Complex (an international consortium lead by the Arab Potash Company Jordan, 1988-90), and as business development manager Al Salam Group (Saudi Arabia, 1990-93).

Maher joined Edgo in 1993 as general manager for Reda Pump Company in Libya. From 2001 until early 2008 he was group regional director for Libya and Central Africa. In this role he has set up and developed new businesses in the oil services and drilling industry including joint ventures with Cooper Cameron, the Great Man Made River Authority, Wilson Supply (Smith International) and Cummins. After 15 years of successfully growing the various Group operations in Libya, Dr Jadallah relocated to the Head Office in Amman in 2008. He is an active member of the Edgo Group Board of Directors and part of the senior management team responsible for setting strategic policy for the Group.
