Edgo has a strong commitment to helping the communities it serves in socially responsible ways. In recent years many large companies have included ‘corporate social responsibility’ on their agenda in response to legislation and public demand, but at Edgo this commitment has been integral to the way it has thought and acted for half a century.
Our involvement takes in education, healthcare, cultural heritage and social welfare. We endow scholarships, build schools and clinics, donate funds and work with charities to improve the lives of local people. A number of our directors are trustees of charitable organisations.
